 The DC City Council voted to pass the so-called “Wine Doggy Bag” amendment as introduced by Councilmember Kwame Brown. The vote went overwhelmingly in our favor, 11 in favor, 1 “present” (Councilmember Bowser) and 1 against (Councilmember Graham).
