Food & Wine came out with their annual list of “Best New Chefs 2012” this week and chose Equinox’s Executive Chef Karen Nicolas as one of 12 rising stars in America.
Nicolas was the only chef chosen from Washington, DC and from the Mid-Atlantic region. RAMW member Equinox is no stranger to recognition; the restaurant won three RAMMY Awards and was a finalists in six additional RAMMY categories over the past five years. Congratulations Karen!
