The RAMMY Awards Gala and fundrasier for the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) honors the exceptional ability and accomplishments of the Washington, DC area restaurant industry. BizBash Magazine named the RAMMY Awards Gala the #1 Food & Restaurant event in DC on the Top 100 events list in 2011, 2010 & 2008.
This year, we take our Hats Off to Restaurants with eighteen awards given in categories such as: Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year, Rising Culinary Star, New Restaurant of he Year, Restaurant Employee and Beverage/Mixology Program.
Celebrating the 30th annual event on Sunday June 24, 2012 the awards presentation precedes a bountiful dinner reception and lively dancing. Cocktails commence at 6:00 pm, with the awards presentation at 7:00 pm; the dinner reception follows at 8:00 pm. Dancing and celebration continues through 12:00 midnight.
