Food Safety Manager - Get
certified in food safety! RAMW is pleased to offer this one-day,
intensive certification course, in conjunction with the National
Environmental Health Association (NEHA) as a prerequisite to obtaining a
food safety manager Certificate from the Health Department. The course
is available in English.
1st Time Certification: RAMW Member $170 / Non-Member $200
Re-Certification: RAMW Member $150 / Non-Member $180
Alcohol Certification Program - designed by the TIPS
(Training for Intervention ProcedureS) as a comprehensive training
course to ensure your front-of-the-house staff, including waitstaff,
bartenders, hosts, busers, security, and valets, is prepared to deal
with any alcohol-related situation.
1st Time Certification: RAMW Member $70 / Non-Member $90
Re-Certification: RAMW Member $50 / Non-member$ 80
Participants must register and pay for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. RAMW
members receive an additional 10% discount for groups of 2 or more from
the same company or establishment enrolled in the same 1st Time
Certification class.
A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 change fee.
