Food Safety Manager - Get certified in food safety! RAMW is pleased to offer this one-day, intensive certification course, in conjunction with the National Restaurant Association Solutions as a prerequisite to obtaining a food safety manager Certificate from the Health Department. The course is available in English and Spanish, while exams may be taken in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French Canadian, 
Instructor Version and large print.


1st Time Certification: RAMW Member $170 / Non-Member $200
Re-Certification: RAMW Member $150 / Non-Member $180


Alcohol Certification Program
- designed by the National Restaurant Association Solutions as a comprehensive training course to ensure your front-of-the-house staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, hosts, busers, security, and valets, is prepared to deal with any alcohol-related situation.

1st Time Certification: RAMW Member $70 / Non-Member $90
Re-Certification: RAMW Member $50 / Non-member$ 80


Participants must register and pay for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. Receive a 10% discount for groups of 2 or more from the same company or establishment enrolled in the same class.

A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 change fee.


Safe Staff - is a 2 - 4hour, mini version of Food Safety that is delivered at your location for your entire staff.

    * Time temperature abuse
    * Cross contamination
    * Proper personal hygiene

Safe Staff training results in lowered risks of food borne illnesses or outbreaks, a cleaner establishment, higher employee morale, lower employee turnover, more satisfied guests, and higher profits! Each attendee receives a certificate of completion.
