The first collaboration between Top Chef finalists Jennifer Carroll and Mike Isabella is Requin. With 120 seats the restaurant will bring the Mediterranean coast of France to The Mosaic District of Merrifield. In addition to Chef Jennifer Carroll's inspired menu, Requin will feature a broad selection of wine and inspired craft cocktails all served in a warm, comfortable environment.
Requin will do a limited run at the future location of Kapnos Kouzina in the Mosaic district before moving to its permanent home on Washington D.C.'s southwest waterfront.
