The Johnnie Walker tasting
will be led by Ewan Morgan, Master of Whiskey for Diageo. The evening will
begin with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
Dinner will start with a warm
cheese soufflé paired with Johnnie Walker Black. It will be followed with
smoked roasted pork belly matched with Johnnie Walker Double Black. The next
course will consist of a petit lamb roulade and whipped parsnips paired with
Johnnie Walker Green. The last entrée course will be roasted quail breast,
nectar honey & onion compote coupled by Johnnie Walker Gold. The dinner
will be finished off with an oatmeal mini chocolate lava cake and accompanied
with Johnnie Walker Blue.
