AllerTrain Allergy and Gluten-Free Food Service Training inspires food service organizations to improve their food safety and allergen management standards and promote education and solutions for current menu trends. With classes geared to commercial kitchens, elementary and secondary school settings, and university food service operations, anyone who is responsible for serving food for public consumption can learn how to offer gluten-free and allergen-free menu items prepared in a safe kitchen environment.
Register for the RAMW ~ AllerTrain class , Thursday January 24th 10:00 AM to Noon.
Certified ACF and RD credits available. Fee is $89 per person for RAMW members $129 for non-members.
