Cooking Demo with Chef Geoff

At this year’s Kids’ State Dinner, First Lady Michelle Obama announced Esther, 11, as Maryland’s winner of the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge with her recipe for Chesapeake Fish Tacos and Lemon-Basil Sorbet.

Esther and Geoff have collaborated for “Kids and Chefs Cook for Success”. After taking their talents to The White House, they will be hosting a free cooking demonstration, which will include tastings and a guided tour of LIA’s kitchen!
