A Farm-to-Table Event in Celebration of Earth Week

Join RAMW for an exclusive Farm-to-Table Event sponsored by Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply.

"Head to Tail" Tasting Menu
The Pig Chef, Michael Bonk will showcase the protein, complemented by seasonal, freshly picked produce from EatWell Natural Farm and delectable French artisan goat cheese made by Pipe Dreams Fromage. Beer and wine pairings will also be recommended.

Special Guest Speakers
EatWell Natural Farm Manager, Erica Porch, and Pipe Dreams Fromage Cheese maker, Brad Parker, will share their passion for farm-to-table cuisine discussing their backgrounds, daily operations on their farms and their interest in sustainable agriculture.

This is a *FREE event offered exclusively to RAMW Restaurant members. *(Attendees that wish to order food and drinks beyond the included tasting menu and two drinks will be billed separately.)
