Pasta Making Class at Alta Strada

How strong is your pasta-making game? Join us on Sunday, July 16 with pasta master Matt Adler, Executive Chef, Alta Strada -- on how to make, shape and cook your own pasta.

Chef Matt will demystify how to make and cook your own pasta like a pro. First, learn how to make the dough. Next, Chef will help each student shape the pasta dough into various shapes, including hand rolling and cutting fettucine and making and filling ravioli. Chef will also demonstrate a few delicious ways for pairing the pasta made in the class with traditional and seasonal sauces and accompaniments that reflect the best ingredients.

You will leave armed with skills to impress your family members or guests at your next dinner party!

We conclude the class with a family-style, pasta-focused, 3-course dinner. We will fill the table with salad, antipasti, pasta, wine and dessert. Bring a date, a group of friends, or come solo - whatever works for you!

All classes are capped at 30 people to ensure everyone has one-on-one time with Chef. We can't wait to see you there!
