Radiator's Christmas Vacation

December 18, 2017 - 11:15pm to December 25, 2017 - 11:15pm

‘Tis the season for combustible Christmas lights, falling trees, and Cousin Eddie! For the week leading up to Christmas, Radiator will offer a special Radiator’s Christmas Vacation menu, paying homage to the classic 1980’s Christmas movie, “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.” Every night at 8:00 pm, a “snow” machine and giant blow-up decorations will light up the outdoor patio. Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden and Lead Bartender Sarah Rosner have created a menu of cheeky bites and sips inspired by the Griswold family and their holiday misadventures. Menu highlights include:

“Save the Turkey Neck for Me”
Crispy Turkey Rillettes, Frisée, Blood Orange, Cranberry Chutney

“I Pledge Allegiance”
Confit Duck Leg, Parsnip Polenta, Fuji Apple, Huckleberry Gastrique

"Where's the Tylenol!"
Egg Nog Creme Brulee, Gingerbread Cookies, Strawberries, Chantilly Creme

“One Year Membership to the Jelly of the Month Club”
Butter-washed Angel's Envy Bourbon, Butter-washed Rittenhouse Rye, Lemon-Cinnamon Marmalade, Hot Water

“It’s Not Big, It’s Just Full”

"Melekalikimka is the Thing to Say..."
