South American Seafood Cooking Class at Del Campo

Learn to cook your favorite South American seafoods with James Beard-nominated chef, Victor Albisu, during the fourth installment of his 2018 seasonal cooking class series. Learn to prepare menu items including:

  • Leche de Tigre Ceviche
  • Grilled Prawns and Lobster
  • Crabs with drawn butter and chilies

The day will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by instruction from Chef Victor and lunch with wine highlighting the demonstrated dishes. Ticket price is $98 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Space is limited so reserve your seat now.
