The Wine Kitchen Hearth and Catoctin Creek to Collaborate On Special Dinner May 22

The Wine Kitchen Hearth, known for its fresh and creative menu and outstanding happy hour and cocktails is pleased to announce a special dinner featuring the spirits of Purcellville neighbor Catoctin Creek Distillery. The dinner, to be held on Monday, May 22, will offer five opportunities to taste the favorite spirits with dishes paired by Chef Zack Sampson. The price for the event is $95 per person plus tax.
“We love that Catoctin Creek Distillery is just up the street from us,” said owner Jason Miller. 

“We have been supporters of the distillery from the beginning and are excited to showcase the flavors of their spirits along the culinary expertise of Chef Sampson for a fun and educational dinner.”

Tarragon Salted Pork Rind / Sour Cherry and Orange Chutney / Crème Frâiche
Brandy Cobbler / Catoctin Apple Brandy / orange juice / sugar / bitters

Charred Asparagus Salad / Pecorino / Local Spinach / Pickled Shallot / Pistachio / Green Goddess Dressing
White Bloody Mary / olive oil infused Mosby’s Spirit / tomato water / spices
Second Course
House-made Corned Beef Pot Stickers / Juniper Stewed Cabbage / Herb Crema
Catoctin Tonic / Barrel Aged Watershed Gin / house-made juniper tonic 
Third Course
Duo of Duck / Duck Breast / House-made Duck Sausage / Onion / Mushroom / Smoked Cherry Barbeque
