BlackSalt Offers Gourmet Thanksgiving Feast To-Go

BlackSalt Fish Market & Restaurant will save guests cooking time this Thanksgiving with a bounty of take home options that include holiday favorites and personal touches from Chef/Owner Jeff Black and pastry chef Susan Wallace.

Whether customers are seeking a multi-course catered meal, a brined and seasoned Amish turkey, fresh half-shell oysters, or a sweet treat to cap off the meal, BlackSalt has options available for every at-home need.

A full menu is below.  Orders must be placed to BlackSalt by Sunday, November 23rd, and all pickups are scheduled for Wednesday, November 26th. The restaurant will be accepting orders from 10am-6:30pm daily. Please call  202-342-9104 for more information, or to place an order.

Fresh Time-Saver Turkey: Our chefs will brine your turkey, and rub the inside with special seasonings and fresh herbs. Then we’ll truss your turkey. Oven Ready! $6.99 per pound.

Leidy’s Spiral Cut Honey Ham: Antibiotic Free, Pennsylvania Premium, Bone-In Spiral Cut Ham (8-11 pounds each) $6.50/ per pound.

Soups: Each Provides Approximately 3-4 servings

Butternut Squash Soup: A Thanksgiving classic you’re sure to love with roasted almond slices for garnish. $10.99 per quart.

BlackSalt Clam Chowder: Start your feast off right! Rich and creamy with chunks of clams. $15.99 per quart.
