The latest project from Michelin-star Chef Nicholas Stefanelli, Officina ("workshop" in Italian), is a three-story space located at The Wharf. Officina is home to a highly-curated marketplace featuring sought-after ingredients and prepared specialty items, including an in-house butcher, Italian street foods and freshly made pastas, a second-floor trattoria, rare Amaro Library featuring sought-after vintages, private event spaces, that include a year-round rooftop overlooking The Potomac.
