Momofuku’s first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, Chef's counter, main dining room, and private dining room. A limited number of reservations are available through momofuku.com, while a majority of the tables are reserved for walk-ins. Reservations are available 30 days out (including the current day).
