We are registering two separate businesses under one umbrella. We are first and foremost an oyster farm that proudly farms oysters grown in the Chesapeake Bay. Our family-owned company is committed to celebrating and protecting the region’s native shellfish.
We also have a restaurant located inside of the Union Market. Established in September 2012, it is a small 44 seat restaurant/bar focused in using fresh and local produce.
