Celebrity Chef Todd English is bringing a taste of Mexico to Washington DC by name of MXDC. An exciting new addition to an area in close proximity to the White House, MXDC brings a fresh perspective on Mexican cuisine while adding liveliness to an area known more for politics and business. This modern Mexican restaurant caters to business professionals whether they are looking to have a lunch meeting, let loose at happy hour with one of their signature margaritas, or just satisfying a craving for some delicious food. English appointed J.C. Pavlovich, who hails from Tijuana, to helm the kitchen. Iron Chef America fans may recognize Pavlovich from his reoccurring role as a sous chef on the show- he has supported Julian Medina and Bobby Flay.
