Maryland minimum wage bill passes

By Ryan Sharrow and Tucker Echols , Washington Business Journal On the last day of the 2014 General Assembly, state lawmakers gave final passage to a bill that will eventually raise the Maryland minimum wage to $10.10 an hour, eased the penalties for possessing marijuana, but were less generous to production companies that choose to film in Maryland.
