In Beer We Thirst: 6th Annual DC Beer Week Returns August 17 – 24

Washington, DC – Craft beer fans rejoice! The 6th annual DC Beer Week returns to the National Capital Region this summer with a variety of beer-related educational and tasting events planned throughout the week of August 17 – 24, 2014. 

“DC Beer Week is an opportunity for people from all walks of life to celebrate each other while paying homage to the time-honored tradition of artisanal brewing.” says 2014 DC Beer Week Chairman, Miles Gray “Brewing has a tightly woven history with D.C. and we are thrilled to bring people together to celebrate this great industry in our great city.”                                                                

As in past years, hundreds of venues in the District, Virginia and Maryland will host a variety of beer-related events, including beer dinners, tastings, tap takeovers, and more.
