Win a Mother’s Day Brunch Reservation at a 2016 RAMMYS Finalist Restaurant

District diners show appreciation for mom through Instagram promotion

Now through Wednesday, May 4, any guest can enter to win a Mother’s Day brunch reservation at the participating Everyday Casual Brunch or Upscale Casual Brunch finalist restaurant of their choosing. There will be one winner per participating restaurant selected at random by RAMW and announced publicly. Once chosen, the winners will receive an email to respond to on a first come, first served basis to claim the restaurant for which they would like a reservation on Sunday, May 8.

From now until May 4, potential diners will post photos and videos of what they love most about their moms using the Instagram handle @RAMWdc and #RAMMYSBrunch. Utilizing Instagram will allow RAMW to track entries and share posts to a broader audience.

2016 RAMMYS Beer Program of the Year Finalists

Events and Specials Announced at the Region’s Top Beer Restaurants May 2-6

 

Finalists for the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) 2016 RAMMY Award for Beer Program of the Year have exciting special events and promotions planned for Monday, May 2, through Friday, May 6. During that week the five finalists will showcase their outstanding offerings through in-house promotions, reaffirming why they deserve to win one of the region’s premier industry accolades – a RAMMY Award. Guests are encouraged to come out and support their favorite watering hole throughout the week.

The week of May 2, any guest who posts photos at a RAMMYS beer program finalist location using the Instagram handle @RAMWdc and hashtag #RAMMYSBeer will be entered to win a pair of tickets to the 2016 RAMMY Awards Gala on June 12. Winners will be contacted via Instagram prior to the RAMMYS.

The winners for all categories will be announced at the 34th Annual RAMMY Awards Gala on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. For more information regarding the awards and sponsorship opportunities, email therammys@ramw.org or call 202-331-5990.

Granville Moore’s is hosting an exciting array of events for beer lovers in the Atlas District. On Monday, May 2, fans are called to “Drain the Drafts” and enjoy 30% off all drafts from 8pm until close. Jack Rose Restaurant & Beer Director, Nahem Simon presents the "Barrel-Aged Collaboration Celebration,” a week showcasing five rare, exclusive barrel-aged brews, paired with their barrel-holding counterpart, whether that be bourbon or a cocktail.
