Safe Bar Collective offers a discounted public training session

The Safe Bar Collective has been growing quickly. They have just added venues like the U Street Music Hall, Ten Tigers Parlour, and the Brixton to our coalition, and are now up to about 40 local bars and restaurants that have been trained on sexual and hate violence prevention strategies.
For Domestic Violence Awareness Month, they are offering a discounted public training on October 1st for new bars and restaurants interested in joining the Safe Bar Collective. Certification will cost $150 (discounted from $500), and it will include admission for up to two managers, new posters, new coasters, and a new decal. The ticket information page is here.
