Thanksgiving at Hill Country Barbecue Market

Once again this year, Hill Country Barbecue Market will be celebrating Thanksgiving with a special holiday feast at the restaurant on Thursday, November 27th with seatings from 12pm – 8pm. The family-style dinner will feature an extensive selection of Hill Country favorites, with main dishes like Pit-Smoked Turkey with Pan Gravy, our signature Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Market Chicken and Hill Country Smoked Sausage. Mouthwatering sides include Texas Toast Stuffing, Sweet Potato Bourbon Mash, White Shoepeg Corn Pudding, Longhorn Cheddar Mac & Cheese, Cornbread with Ancho-Honey Butter, and more. No Thanksgiving feast would be complete without indulging in some sweet treats, such as Hill Country’s renowned, homemade Caramel Apple Streusel, Pumpkin Ginger Streusel, and Bourbon-Pecan pies, Banana Pudding, and PB&J Cupcakes. Dinner is $45 per person; $20 for kids 10 and under. We'll also be showing the Texas Longhorns vs TCU Horned Frogs football game that night at 7:30pm on the big screen. For those hosting Thanksgiving dinner, but would rather let someone else do the cooking, Hill Country has two different pick-up packages to bring the feast home (The Rancher's Feast for 5-8 people for $210; The Governor's Banquet feeds 9-12 people for $300).
