The Downtown Holiday Market (DHM) is celebrating its 15th year! Join them and experience one of the most spectacular outdoor shopping environments in the region. Featuring 150+ regional artisans, crafters and boutique businesses of ethically-produced goods, the market brings a unique and festive shopping “village” to the heart of downtown DC, including lively seasonal entertainment, plus great snacks and festive treats.

Hundreds of diverse gift items, such as jewelry, pottery, paintings, and textiles will be offered by 60 exhibitors each day. Check back as the exhibitors rotate and the selection of goods will vary daily.

Founded in 2005, the DowntownDC Holiday Market is a program of the DowntownDC Business Improvement District and is produced in partnership with Diverse Markets Management (DMM). With 150+ small and local businesses selling a diverse array of quality, handmade art and wares over 31 days, the Downtown Holiday Market (DHM) is a one-stop winter wonderland with eclectic gifts for everyone on your shopping list.

The DHM is proud to commit to environmental sustainability, and as such is powered by generators running on bio-diesel fuel, and its publicity materials are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled materials. Many offer fair trade imports and gifts made from recycled and sustainable resources, and shoppers making purchases will receive recyclable DHM shopping bags.
