Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Bonk Saturday, June 22, as he reveals his secrets on how to navigate Dupont Circle Market in order to uncover the freshest fruits and vegetables, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the BLT Steak kitchen and a three-course lunch paired with selections from their cellar.
