Following their sold-out classes Valentine's Day classes, The Watergate Hotel is proud to be partnering with local DC chocolatier SPAGnVOLA to offer exclusive Cherry Blossom Chocolate Truffle Making Classes! SPAGnVOLA was named a Top-10 World's Best Chocolate Shop by National Geographic Travel.
Bring some friends and create exceptional hand-made truffles celebrating Spring with an expert chocolatier. Your truffles will be crafted from fine cacao hand-picked at the chocolatiers' farm in the Dominican Republic, then roasted and refined in Maryland. You will be guided through the process, while sharing their knowledge of cacao growing, chocolate history and truffle making.
The 2-hour class includes truffle making to create a box of decorated Cherry Blossom truffles to take home as a treat.
Advance ticket purchase required. Class size limited.
