Learn to Brew at Pizzeria Paradiso Hyattsville
Pizzeria Paradiso Hyattsville and the DC Homebrewers Association teach you to brew from water to bottling. This 3-part series includes 3 stand alone classes that together explain and demonstrate homebrewing ingredients, processes, and techniques.
Each class will discuss the overall brewing process with a particular focus on one aspect of brewing beer:
- Class 1 - recipes, water, malt and hops
- Class 2 - grains, ancient grains and more malts
- Class 3 - bottling, carbonation and storage and Beer from Class 1
Each class will be taught by a DC Hombrewers Association member who will bring their unique expertise and techniques to the brewing pot. Together the series of classes will offer a progression of theories and methods that will help you produce your own great home brew!
$40 per 1½ hour class includes hands-on demonstrations, refreshments and take-away gifts. Join them this Sunday August 11th, 1-2:30pm, Sunday September 15th 2:00 - 3:30pm or Sunday October 27th 2:00 - 3:30pm, or buy the package of three sessions for $100.
