● Supervise staff of 20-45 people
● Effectively train new employees and continuously train existing employees
● Set and meet yearly budget goals in sales, profit, food cost, labor cost, and other pertinent areas
● Maintain a clean, safe, and harassment-free working environment
● Oversee food production, food pars, food quality, food safety, and recipe adherence through utilization of in-store tools and systems
● Maintain all areas of property and equipment therein, to include but not limited to parking lot, dumpster area, grease barrel, loading dock, patio, HVAC, hoods, extinguishers, Ansul system, ovens, grills, smoker, walk-ins, freezers, holding cabinets, fryers, physical structure
● Ensure that the highest level of hospitality is offered to all guests
● Oversee all food truck operations
● Oversee third-party delivery/pick-up services (Chow Now, Door Dash)
● Oversee vending events and any outside ventures (Capital One Arena)
● Accurately report all sales and associated numbers and maintain compliance on all federal and state forms
● Keep accurate records and documentation of all issues
● Effectively schedule management team and hourly team using scheduling program
● Develop marketing strategies to promote/increase business, meet with marketing manager on a regular basis
● Hold daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings
● Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Details:

Salary 40-45,000 per year. Also receives health, retirement and other benefits as well as bonuses
