Elizabeth's Gone Raw is Washington's first fine dining vegan restaurant. We are open only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We offer a prix fixe 6-course vegan tasting menu complete with optional wine pairing and craft cocktails. The menu changes monthly and we focus on sourcing seasonal and local, organic ingredients.

We are seeking mindful and enthusiastic servers and food runners for our Thursday, Friday and Saturday night dining experience. Competitive pay and generous tips.

The position is great for students, young professionals, or current industry experts looking to advance their career in fine dining.

Requirements:

Interested in organic wine and food, particularly vegan (highly encouraged)
Available Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday evenings.
Restaurant experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidates)
Required to learn a specific style of service and receive instruction with ease
Pleasant disposition and presentable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Details:

$5.30/hr + 80% of tips for restaurant nights
$25/hr for catering events
