Food Service Worker - Ice Cream Shop!

Presidential SCOOPS a premium ice cream shop in Washington, DC is seeking friendly, charismatic and ICE CREAM loving team members to be on our presidential team at Presidential Scoops.

To be on the Executive Scoops Staff, you must:

Be incredibly friendly and patient as providing 5-star customer service is our #1 priority.
Must be able to work nights weekends and some holidays
Must be able to work 7 hours shifts.
Be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
Be able to work to offer multi-tasking skills in a fast pace environment.

Essential responsibilities:

Maintain a positive customer experience at all times
Be knowledgeable of all menu items and nutritional information
Follows all food safety rules as detailed by the DC Food Health code
Use of POS system and cash handling techniques are required
Maintain the store's cleanliness at all times.
Maintain inventory and temperature checks are required
Respond positively to direction/requests for assistance from co-workers, management and
customers at all times.
Food certification a plus and the pay rate would be more with this certification
