DC Brau Brewing is seeking a reliable, organized, and SUPER FRIENDLY Office & Administrative Coordinator to join our Administrative Team in the Washington, DC Metro Area (DC, VA, & MD).

Since our launch in the spring of 2011, DC Brau Brewing Company has become a competitive regional brand in the DC/MD/VA craft beer market. We currently seek to hire an Office & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office and represent the company for our customers and partners.

The Office & Administrative Coordinator role will be based at our front desk, supporting the daily operations of our office. From event support to vendor management, the person in this position needs to be the go-to for all support needs. You’re excited to help and no task is too small. Ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service, hard working, detail-oriented and creative. This position will report to the HR and Administrative Manager and work closely with staff across the company.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome guests and connect them with their host.
- Answer telephones and provide information or route calls to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
- Maintaining a tidy, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Be the go-to person for all workplace support needs. Employees have questions. You have all the answers and are excited to help. We have dedicated channels for employees to report issues and make requests. You can be counted on to respond quickly and always follow up and follow through with solutions.
- Support the key programs that make our office run, such as office supplies, cleaning materials, and filing systems.
- Respond to general website inquiries and fulfill online webstore orders.
- Coordinate with Donations Team to respond to nonprofit donation requests and act as contact person for donation pickups during weekdays.
- Work from the office. This is a hands-on roll and most of your work will happen in the office.
- Communicate to the staff about events and happenings in the brewery.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Outgoing and hardworking attitude
- Punctuality and reliability. Awareness and presence.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Drive
- Strong attention to detail, visual-orientation and organization skills
- Great written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is the norm
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate and proactively adjust when needed
- Ability to interact professionally with staff, customers, and community partners
- Physically capable to lift, bend, reach and move up to 30 pounds several times a day

Compensation Details:
