Cranes is seeking talented, highly motivated individuals who want to be part of the region’s most anticipated restaurant opening in the heart of Penn Quarter in January of 2020. Team up with owner/chef Pepe Moncayo in this unique opportunity as he introduces Washington D.C. to Spanish Kaiseki cuisine.

Located just a short walk from the Metro (Gallery Pl/Chinatown) and Capital One Arena, our 12,000 square foot restaurant will be our first venture in the U.S. certainly not our last.

Chef Moncayo is a world-renowned chef, creating in Michelin Star restaurants throughout the world. Currently, Cranes is looking for a passionate Restaurant Server with the following requirements and responsibilities:

Requirements

2 years high volume/upscale or fine dining

High level of food and beverage knowledge

Able to work 32 hours/week

Able to lift 50 lbs

Ability to Multi-task

Genuine passion for food and beverage

Sense of Urgency and strong work ethic

Ability to be part of a team

Calm under pressure

ServSafe Food Handler Certification

T.I.P.S. Certification

Detail Oriented

Responsibilities

Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction

Provide a memorable experience

Clear communication of restaurant concept to guests

Cash handling and credit card payment processing

Preparing dining room for lunch and dinner service

Ensure service quality standards are always met

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $6.50 to $11.00 /hour
