Brookland's Finest & Sloppy Mama's BBQ Introduce "Smoked" Menu for Labor Day

Brookland’s Finest and Sloppy Mama’s BBQ are teaming up for a special Labor Day dinner menu highlighting smoked and seasonal dishes. The three-course offering will be available for $35 at Brookland’s Finest on Monday, September 3rd. The restaurant’s brunch menu will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Labor Day as well. 

The collaborative menu was created by Shannan Troncoso, chef and co-owner of Brookland’s Finest, and Joe Neuman, pit master and co-owner of Sloppy Mama’s. The menu features a Smoked Rock Shrimp salad, Prime Rib with creamed spinach and loaded mashed potatoes, while a Smoked Cheesecakerounds out the menu.

FULL MENU

First Course // Smoked Rock Shrimp with baby green oak lettuce, pickled onion, and thousand island dressing

Second Course // Prime Rib with creamed spinach, seasonal mushrooms, pearl onion, and loaded mashed potatoes

Third Course // Smoked Cheesecake with graham cracker crust, and strawberry sauce
