DC-3 Begins Delivery Service

DC’s favorite place for regional hot dogs now delivers! Starting this week, guests can enjoy DC-3 (423 8th Street, SE) hot dogs and sides from the comfort of home, or without leaving the office. Between 11am - 2pm and 4pm-9pm, guest can place an order over the phone, using their credit card, and simply sit back and wait for the hot dogs to arrive.

DC-3 will deliver within a one mile radius of the store on Barracks Row, in order to maintain the quality of the food and standard of freshness. The area goes as far north as Lincoln Park and as far south as the Navy Yard and Nationals Park. To the east the boundary is Potomac Ave, and to the West, delivery goes as far as The Capitol. Meeting with Senator Dianne Feinstein – why not order the California left winger?

DC-3, a matchboxfoodgroup quick service restaurant, serves a variety of specialty dogs inspired by the regions that make them famous, for example the Philly cheesesteak style all beed dog with cheese whiz and sautéed onions, the classic Chicago 7 topped with yellow mustard, tomato, dill pickle, neon relish, raw onions and celergy, and of cource the Cincinnati Coney with shredded cheddar, onions and mustard. Choose any dog, chips and fountain soda for $7.89. DC-3 also offers fun, carnival-inspired sides like fried Oreos, cotton candy, and fried pickles.

Delivery requires a $15 minimum order; online ordering coming soon. DC-3 is open Sunday through Thursday 11am to 9pmand Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm.
