Anyone who has stood in front of a Seurat painting and then taken a few steps back knows that many small details must come together to create a complete and pleasing picture. The same goes for a food experience. A meal in a restaurant may, after all, not taste so wonderful, but if the décor is bright and the service is graceful, the total experience can still seem like a day in the park.
