 Whisk your loved ones away for a waterfront culinary-inspired countdown at Kith and Kin located within the stunning InterContinental Washington DC at The Wharf. This holiday season, celebrate with bubbles and elegance in the ornate dining room at Michelin-starred Plume Restaurant located within The Jefferson, Washington DC. Chef Ralf Schlegel and team are pulling out all of the stops for this year’s festivities inviting guests to enjoy a 6-course menu with festive treats including an Orchard Point Oysters Horseradish Lassi and Avocado, Cucumber or Cold Smoked Organic Salmon Spruce Braised Forelle Pear and Chicorée Salt Physalis, Chestnut Cracker, Pheasant Breast with Sweet Potato, Radish, Mandarin Winter Truffle, or Seared Prime Beef Filet With Brussel Sprouts, Cranberry and Verbena Semolina Butter Dumplings, Madeira Reduction. Bar Charley in Dupont Circle is helping revelers forget all about frosty winter weather on New Year’s Eve, and instead is whisking them away to the islands by throwing a Hawaiian-inspired party complete with plenty of tiki drinks, pork, poke, and more. Sushiko in Chevy Chase is inviting New Year’s Eve revelers to bid farewell to 2017 by indulging in a Japanese-infused 4-course prix fixe dining experience.
