This year’s anonymous panel of judges chose Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) members 2941 Restaurant, The Curious Grape, Estadio, Restaurant Eve and Ripple as the best of the best, demonstrating quality, diversity and clarity in their outstanding wine programs. Events are open to the public as guests are encouraged to come out and support their favorite establishment.

Priced at $90 per person, with the option of battling wine pairings for $75 per person, 2941 is offering a special 5-course tasting menu featuring two wine pairings with each course that represent two opposing sides: old world vs. new world, creative vs. classic, and more. Sommelier Jonathan Schuyler will be digging deep into 2941’s cellar looking for the rare, exotic and unique.

Simultaneously, they will offer 20% off nearly 400 different bottles of wine on the restaurant wine list. Try their featured flight of three different wines paired with three complementary cheeses from the cheese bar or stop by from 6-8pm for a special tasting of four great summer wines for just $3.
