ELEVATE: A Menu for Change is a brand new framework from the National Restaurant Association that supports restaurant operators with business strategies to build a more diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce. The framework was developed by the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) and rooted in research developed from a collaboration between the National Restaurant Association, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (Foundation), MFHA, and Cornell University Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
