Campania Cooking Class at Osteria Marzano

Chef Carmine Marzano invites you to join him in his kitchen at Osteria Marzano to learn how to cook some of his favorite dishes, and then sit down afterwards to dine on the lunch that you’ve made together. Complimentary champagne will be served with lunch. $85/per person per class.

Saturday, July 26, 11am-2pm:  Campania Cooking Class
Crostini con Puree di Carciofi, Mozzarella e Pomodorini: Crostini with artichoke puree, mozzarella and roasted cherry tomatoes
Spaghetti con le Vongole: Spaghetti with clams in a white wine sauce
Mousse di Limoncello: Limoncello mousse with mixed berries and lady finger cookie

Maximum number of people per class is 20, on a first-come, first served basis.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome, and will be charged the full price to participate in the class. Reservations will be considered confirmed when payment is received. All confirmed reservations are final.
