Food Safety Manager

The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Certified Professional Food Handler course offered at RAMW gives foodservice professionals the knowledge and understanding of the food safety practices they need to carry out their work safely. Based on the 2009 US FDA Food Code, this course is ideal for those preparing for employment in the DC Area foodservice industry or for refresher training and certification.
This course satisfies all requirements for employee-level (food handler) training in DC, Virginia and Maryland.
