Enjoy a 4-course dinner with wine pairings from CliffLede Vineyards at 2100 Prime. The vineyards are planted with cabernetsauvignon, malbec, cab. franc, merlot and petit verdot, the basis of theirBordeaux. The menu is prepared specifically to pair with 4-5 of their wines.
