The Capital Wine Festival returns with a one-time summer wine dinner, Eat Local | Drink Local featuring Doukenie Winery from Loudoun County, DC's Wine Country. The night will start with a reception featuring Sebastien Marquet, the winemaker of this prestigious, award-wining winery as he presents wines from his portfolio and explains the Virginia wine making business.
