As part of its WorldTour Dinner series, Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro invites guests to savor thevibrant flavors of Spain with an authentic variety of food and wine. Chef Bo Palker will bring Spain to the heart of our nationwith a special tapas-style menu that includes Saffron Scented Mussels, Potatoesand Chorizo cooked in tomato broth and Paella, Spain’s national dish andbeloved culinary tradition, which will be featured in a 3-foot wide paella panon Vinifera’s outdoor patio, weather permitting.

Sommelier and General ManagerJason Meringolo has selected premium vintages from various Spanish vineyards tocomplement each dish. Sangria with fresh fruit will also be available.

Attendees receive aVinifera passport and stamp for the specific country/region featured at theirdinner. After receiving three passport stamps, patrons are entered into adrawing to win an overnight stay at The Westin Reston Heights and breakfast fortwo at Vinifera.
