Pizza Serata brings to life Sicilian style pizza’s and focaccia sandwiches in the heart of DC’s Union Market District. Michelin Starred Chef Chris Morgan’s creations start with pizza and focaccia dough made from flour that sourced locally from from Virginia’s Wades Mill, which has been stone grounding heritage grains and whole wheat since 1750. We slow ferment our dough then top it with our house Stracciatella, mozzarella and sauces and sausages made from Scratch. Chef Morgan's knack for amazing sauces and combining unique flavors with old world elements have made a Pizza Serata one of the best pizzeria's in America.
