Calabria Region Cooking Class at Osteria Marzano

Chef Carmine Marzano invites you to join him in his kitchen at Osteria Marzano to learn how to cook some of his favorite dishes, and then sit down afterwards to dine on the lunch that you’ve made together. Complimentary champagne will be served with lunch. $85/per person per class.

Saturday, May 24, 11am-2pm:  Calabria Region Cooking Class
Pizza con Nduja: Pizza topped with hot sausage spread made from prosciutto trimmings
Pescespada Limone e Capperi: Swordfish with lemon and capers sauce
Zeppole: Italian doughnuts with ricotta cream

Maximum number of people per class is 20, on a first-come, first served basis.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome, and will be charged the full price to participate in the class. Reservations will be considered confirmed when payment is received. All confirmed reservations are final.
