Citywide Enrollment Day at DC Public Libraries

The deadline for enrolling in health insurance is March 31, 2014. Beat the rush and avoid the tax penalty. Join DC Health Link for a special enrollment day citywide. The day has been set aside to enroll residents, small business owners and their employees in affordable health plans that meet their needs and budgets through DC Health Link. DC Health Link is the District’s new online marketplace for health insurance coverage. The enrollment event will take place at 3 different public libraries. Trained experts, in-person assisters and licensed health insurance brokers, will be on-site to assist with the enrollment process. In addition to enrollment and information exhibits, FREE health screenings and activities for children will also take place. The day is designed to raise awareness about and encourage enrollment in quality health insurance plans.
