DC Central Kitchen’s Capital Food Fight

DC Central Kitchen is proud to present its signature fundraising event, the Capital Food Fight™, on November 12, 2015. The event draws over 1,000 guests to taste offerings from 75 of DC’s best restaurants while watching four local top chefs compete in a live onstage battle hosted and judged by the biggest names in the culinary world. The High Stakes Cakes competition will celebrate its third year at DC Central Kitchen’s 2015 Capital Food Fight™, bringing a cake decorating battle between four local pastry chefs on a parallel stage. The brainchild of celebrity chef José Andrés (Chef/Owner of ThinkFoodGroup), the event is celebrating its twelfth year in 2015. 100% of event proceeds benefit DC Central Kitchen.
