Open Kitchen's He Said She Said Chef's Tasting Dinner
Join us Tuesday, August 27th as Executive Chef Christopher Carey and Lead Culinary Instructor Katie Reineberg battle it out! In true Iron Chef-style, each chef will "face off" in preparing two small plates per course showcasing their unique cooking styles and highlighting the featured ingredient paired with a protein. Sommelier Tim Clune will serve a tasting of 1 wine plus 1 beer paired with each course. (Wine & Beer details to be announced soon!) At the conclusion of the dinner, your applause will declare the winner for each course. The winning chef gets bragging rights and the next day off from work!
