GENERAL MANAGER FOR FAST-CASUAL RESTAURANT
POSITION: We are looking for motivated, skilled and energetic General Manager for our restaurant who can manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations including customer service, product and cost management, training and development, and profitability and sales.
ROCKLANDS Barbeque and Grilling Company has been in business in the DMV for almost 30 years and our mission is to serve the best barbeque and grilled foods in the Washington area, creating a memorable experience for all our customers.
REQUIREMENTS include:
*3 – 5 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
*Food handler and ABRA/VA ABC certification required
*Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of operations
*Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
*Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
*Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
